Twenty Ten Talent

Helping talented black women accelerate their careers

Twenty Ten Talent’s mission is to enable talented black women to accelerate and increase their earning potential.

In the UK, minority ethnic women represent just 0.7% of the nation’s top positions. In the U.S., black women account for just 1.5 percent of senior-level executive positions in the private sector and earn on average 63 cents for every dollar paid to white men.

Twenty Ten Talent is committed to helping black women radically increase what they earn. We partner with renowned organizations, academic institutions and leading corporations who are committed to championing diversity, equity and inclusion. Twenty Ten Talent’s founder, Octavia Goredema was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) by the Queen in 2012, in recognition of her services to support black women in business. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and currently serves on their National Diversity Committee.

We provide career coaching via one-to-one sessions to professionals located anywhere, via video conference or phone.

Through our digital platform we share career advice, insights and resources with a global community of black women. We author career development articles and content for leading media publications and corporations.

We work with universities, schools, colleges, corporations and conferences to provide keynote speeches and workshops centered on career advancement, diversity, inclusion and equity.
