The Make Your Ask Project is a bold new movement founded by negotiation expert Natalie Reynolds in September 2018 to provide one million women around the world with the confidence and skills to negotiate effectively and make their ask.

Based on the principle of ‘Invest in YOU, Invest in HER’, The Make Your Ask Project will see Natalie’s pioneering DEALS™ negotiation training method made available as an easily accessible online course and priced at only £10 as opposed to the thousands of pounds previously paid by her global corporate, government, business school and executive clients.
For every course purchased The Make Your Ask Project will gift the same course via one of our charity partners to a woman around the world who really needs it.
1: RECLAIMING NEGOTIATION: FOR GOOD.
For too long negotiation has been seen as a skill requiring aggression, tough talk and bullying behaviour. We aim to reclaim negotiation and promote an approach based on creativity, curiosity, understanding and collaboration. As negotiation is at the heart of all human interaction, we believe the ripple effect of this shift could have a hugely positive impact on business, politics and wider society.
2: LEVELLING THE PLAYING FIELD
To allow more people to access the life changing skill, Natalie is putting all of her trademarked negotiation methodology, materials and training online as an 8 lesson course and pricing it at only £10.
3: TOOL FOR EMPOWERMENT AND CHANGE
Through partnerships with charities such as UN Women we aim to gift one million negotiation courses to one million women around the world who really need them.
‘Mastering Negotiation: The Art of Making Your Ask’ is an easy to use and engaging online course comprised of eight video lessons accompanied by a downloadable toolkit and workbook.
