§ Define a product strategy ensuring all stakeholders requirements are satisfied and prioritised
§Assess value, develop use cases, prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on delivery with maximum value aligned with product strategy
§Represent the voice of the customer as a part of an agile development methodology
§Own and manage a product backlog, with accountability for clearly expressing all backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria to best achieve product strategy
§Influence development release plans and set expectation for delivery of new features and functionality
§Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of release/sprint goals
§Define and execute a project communications plan to provide regular updates to the Executive Steering Committee, through update meetings and project tollgate processes.Develop a regular training series for the consumers of the product, ensuring function and feature awareness.
§ Previous working and hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle as a product owner or similar role in product management
§Technical background with knowledge of software development practices and core infrastructure technologies
§In-depth working knowledge of Agile methodology, principles and processes
§Previous experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar project and issue management tools highly preferred.
§Previous experience of API integration development and 3rd-party support as part of product/project implementation
§Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
§Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with an ability to interact effectively with business, infrastructure and technology leaders
§Ability to work effectively and influence cross-functional teamsAdaptability and ability to focus and prioritise in a rapidly changing environment
