Our research team is the engine that powers our outbound sales team. They are challenged with finding businesses and contacts that match our Ideal Client Profile and are more likely to become clients of Reward Gateway. Researchers play a vital role in Reward Gateway achieving its mission. The better our research is, the more sales opportunities we build and win as a team, the more employees our solutions reach, the more people who will enjoy a better place to work.

Responsibilities and Core Duties

  • The ‘intelligence gatherers’ of our sales process, Researchers have their eyes firmly fixed on the world of business, HR and employee engagement and utilise tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cognism, Salesforce and also a huge array of online media sources.
  • They begin our outbound sales conversations by creating punchy, articulate, and business-focussed sales leads that get our sales people excited, spark interest from our prospects and give us the best chance of winning new business.
  • Measuring your research through relevance, creativity, business intelligence and strong response rates from our outbound sales approaches and hitting targets focussed on lead generation and opportunity creation numbers
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Communication: You’ll be working with a wonderful, large and demanding team across London and Birmingham - We do lots of video calls!
  • Copywriting/Content Creation: Research needs to be well-written and engaging
  • Fast-paced Environments: A small number of Researchers supply a large Sales Team, being able to excel in a demanding environment is vital
  • Interview Process

  • Telephone interview with our recruitment team
  • In person interview with the Research Manager and Sales Manager
  • Assessment
  • Final in person interview and presentation assessment with the Global Head of Growth
