Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Digital Transformation Project Coordinator. This role will be based in our office in Telford.

Your mission:

This opportunity is front and centre to the number one Schneider priority of digitisation. The role embraces our digital ambition and requires strong leadership skills, to ensure projects which transcend business units and group functions, are capable of being delivered. The transactional back office operates across multiple business units, with the aspiration of embracing digital solutions across its many platforms, being paramount to our future effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of the role will be to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of transformation projects by working closely with the Project Sponsors and stakeholders to define the project scope and create and execute a plan to achieve the objectives.This position is the opportunity to pull together the transformation roadmap and manage its delivery, working across functions to coordinate, drive and fully integrate the relevant projects.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Critical to our price up philosophy, working across functions to coordinate and drive the organisations to deploy a fully integrated commercial system linking price decision making and its associated impact with our existing MRP system - The Pricing FX deployment is central to our continued growth and margin improvement ambition.

  • In-conjunction with the key stakeholders build and manage the digital transformation roadmap giving visibility on scope and deliverables.

  • Own and drive the organisations to deploy a fully integrated group quotation tool. This will require close engagement with the UK pricing function and the global teams. Impacting across the transactional sales communities, including Panel Builders Distributors & Contractors, the change will enable improved price management and margin improvement.

  • Lead the various back office functions multi-site roadmap for new scope of existing quotation tool, post and during migration to new CPQ quotation tool, ensuring that through coordination, the organisations fully understand commercial commitment and development for remaining requirements.

  • Supported Price Agreement process improvement and digitisation. The global aspiration to reduce the volumes of special pricing agreements is key and needs to coincide with an automated approach to volumes of documentation. Digital platforms for opt-in requirements are a key element to improving customer service levels.

  • Champion digital change management across the Transactional Back Office and wider organisation, ensuring that the new back office processes are compliant with our digital roadmap.

About you:

You should have a Degree ideally in Business or related subject or Project Management Certification like PRINCE 2 or Agile.

You need to be a self-driven individual capable of leading all aspects of change management.

You must be digital savvy and with a digital mindset.

You need to have excellent communication skills and be able to influence your key stakeholders.

You should have experience in digital transformation and capable of driving forward our digital initiatives

Experience in data manipulation

Advanced experience in Excel

Tableux Software (nice to have)
