What you’ll do…

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with multiple teams to ensure agile principles and practices are followed
  • Organise and facilitate product planning, estimation sessions, daily stand-up, reviews and retrospectives, tracking and ensuring actions are addressed where necessary
  • Remove impediments to progress, and protect the team from interruptions and distractions
  • Identify and address items of waste within your teams value stream
  • Capture and use data to help drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure your teams have visibility of product roadmaps and have input into planning and scheduling of roadmap items
  • Assist your teams with improving internal/external communication, collaboration and radiating information
  • Help build and maintain healthy inter team relationships, encouraging team learning and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching to team members on agile practices and processes
  • Empower the teams to self-organize
