The International Client Engagement lead will develop the engagement strategy to drive events and initiatives to help further client relationships across our growing international footprint (including Canada, Mexico, EMEA and APAC). The role will lead efforts across the CB International platform to provide a cohesive and holistic strategy across the CB International business, CCBSI International and the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) Multinational Corporations (MNCs) businesses. The ideal candidate is innovative, strategic and can think big picture while focusing on the details to execute on a broader vision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategic programs and events that drive meaningful interactions with clients and prospects to ultimately drive growth and support business goals
  • Coordinate with CB Marketing, Events and Communications team members to execute events of varying scale
  • Drive coverage with end to end ownership for engaging top targets through idea generation, plan development, agenda, content, speaker sourcing and working closely with event specialists to execute logistics
  • Partner closely with colleagues across other lines of business, especially Investment Banking and Private Banking, in order to align plans and ensure market connectivity and coordination
  • Assist in various ad hoc projects in support of prospect/client engagement in order to meet the needs of the businesses
  • Serve as lead role for management and ROI tracking
  • Manage and track budgets with ongoing monitoring and reporting
  • Analyze programs for effectiveness, ROI analysis and evaluation - sharing results and pivoting programs to maximize ROI
  • Identify key performance indicators, measure and report on the effectiveness of executed plans
  • Share synergies and best practices across the CB Client Engagement Team

    Qualifications:
  • Extensive relevant experience
  • Investment/Commercial banking or management consulting experience preferred

  • Experience operating across a global footprint preferred

  • Events, business management and/or project management experience preferred

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro)
  • BA/BS degree is required
  • Requires some travel
