The role will be based in London, supporting Rob O’Rahilly and Mike O’Brien, co-Heads of the AM Solutions business. You will work with senior leaders and internal business managers to execute key strategic projects and assist with solving day-to-day business issues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, coordinate and execute projects across the broad AM Solutions business
    • Partner with various business groups across functions to execute AM Solutions priorities, understanding and defining business needs in the context of short and long term objectives
      • Plan and organise operating committee, management and other internal meetings including team offsites; manage follow-up action items and their communication
      • Author minutes and manage follow-up items for operating committee meetings
      • Analyse and summarise findings from large and complex data
      • Create and manage internal and external presentations (e.g. Town Halls, Sales Conferences)
      • Draft internal communications and client letters
      • Develop speeches for internal and external client events
      • Proactively propose new ideas on both process improvement as well as business innovation

      The Analyst / Associate must be able to:

      • Work independently, possessing energy and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision
      • Interact and communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of management across all regions
      • Prioritise work, meet tight deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail
      • Utilise qualitative and quantitative tools to analyse, synthesise and interpret information
      • Work successfully and efficiently in a team-based environment
      • Utilise judgment and discretion when working with highly confidential information
      • 1- 3 years of experience with exposure/involvement in Asset Management or Global Wealth Management
      • Bachelor’s degree with a grade of 2.1 or above
      • Strong project management skills
      • Strong written and oral communication skills
      • Able to deliver messages clearly and succinctly
      • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritise quickly
      • Expertise in PowerPoint: creating and editing presentations for senior meetings
      • Strong analytical skills, including financial and other quantitative analysis
      • Expertise with Excel (e.g., managing large amounts of data, complex data manipulation, equations, etc.)
      • Studying for CFA or equivalent
