Based at our Head Office in Golborne, as an Online Sales Consultant you'll be responsible for liaising with our customers directly via the phone. You will speak to customers about their product queries and convert these into sales. The role is based in a fast paced environment with an emphasis on providing each and every customer with an exceptional journey and ensuring they receive our unique Sofology brand experience.
Responding to calls.
Ensuring each customer's needs are fully understood.
Offer a wide range of expert advice about our products.
Through our unique journey, empowering the customer to choose the right product.
At all times be a Sofology brand advocate.
Work with your wider colleagues to recommend process improvements.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities working between the hours of 8.00 am - 11.00 pm.
What We Are Looking For:
You will have previous customer service experience, preferably in Retail.
You will possess excellent IT & written communication skills.
You will hold a real passion for ensuring customers receive the best possible journey.
Adaptable to constant changes in a fast paced environment.
A positive can-do attitude.
Ability to achieve set goals and push yourself.
