CIB Treasury Services - Client Service Specialist - Professional – Bournemouth – German Linguist

Position Summary

Client Service is responsible for service delivery to more than 12,900 proprietary clients and more than 37,000 firm-wide clients across multiple segments & markets. The Implementation of new business, proactive service, reactive service & technical support across the TS product spectrum are all delivered through a range of channels that can be tailored to our client’s needs. 1,260 client service professionals are located in 49 cities globally and support 20 languages ensuring that our diverse client base experiences best in class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone

calls into the Europe, Middle East and Africa Solution Centre

  • Work as part of a team of

Customer Service Specialists reporting into a Solution Centre Supervisor

  • Respond to telephone calls

and/or emails relating to Treasury Services Cash Management enquiries.

Examples of the types of enquiries received are Balance Enquiries, Debit /

Credit Enquiries, initiation of investigations and enquiries to return,

recall or obtain further details

  • Learn how to respond to

enquiries on JPMorgan Branches including EMEA, WHEM and APAC

  • Work across multiple shifts

mainly covering core hours but potentially any time between 6am and 6pm UK

time

  • Talk to external Multinational

Corporate, Financial and Non-bank Financial Institutions and internal

partners.

  • The successful applicant must

be prepared to work under pressure and focus on achieving the team’s

objectives, which includes answering incoming client calls within a

defined timeframe and accurately.

  • Assisting with root cause

analysis reduce the amount incoming calls and work with clients to enable

them to self- service whenever possible

  • Use a number of different

enquiry systems to successfully identify relevant information

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal

communication skills including fluent in English and German at a business

level

  • Demonstrate strong customer

service experience

  • A full working knowledge of

FTS, PRPC & iRecs would be an advantage

  • Ability to work to deadlines

and good time management skills

  • Good Excel and PC skills
