ROLE PURPOSE

As a Producer, you will play a vital part in managing a game team and its delivery of roadmap features for our games. You will have a deep understanding of the game's next priorities and work closely with team leads to identify and deliver features that add the best value to our players. You will encourage coherent and efficient communication across all departments for features to be developed and delivered successfully.

You will be obsessed with our players' experience and constantly looking for ways to improve their game journey, using both player feedback and data.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Understand upcoming priorities and work with team leads to identify a roadmap of features that align with each team's goals.

Identify the right complexity for each feature, delivering the most player value for the time invested.

Ensure that features are broken down efficiently and communicated to all dependent teams.

During development, ensure dependent teams stay aligned on delivering a well-rounded feature.

Use a combination of player feedback and data to understand the effectiveness of game elements, and how to improve them.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on experience managing cross-discipline teams.
  • An understanding of Sea of Thieves and how it has grown and evolved in the last year of live service.
  • Work well in a team environment, possessing strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with complex situations.
  • Strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about our players, constantly striving to improve their experience while balancing this with delivering new experiences.
  • Experience in managing a product as a service in live operation would be beneficial, but not essential.
