Overview

A critical priority for Asset and Wealth Management is to ensure that high-quality data is available to run our business and meet our clients' needs. The Asset and Wealth Management Chief Data Office (CDO) was established to define AM's data strategy and support for the core data used across AWM.

A Data Domain analyst will work as part of the data domain team on delivery of data governance and oversight for a transaction and positions data domain, including but not limited to: data modeling, data definition, usage of data, data quality metrics, retention. The Data Domain team has oversight of the Technology team’s implementation of golden sources for a data domain while working closely with the Business Stakeholders to set the strategic direction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivery the data definition and implement the data governance aspects for a domain and ensuring data quality and usage of the data sets.

  • Drive the programs to execute the roadmap for the Transaction and positions data domain.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, to ensure that data governance related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood.

  • Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and implement within the program to ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements for the transaction and positions data domain

  • General understanding of Transactions and positions data within an asset and wealth management business.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, including the ability organize and drive solutions across the organization.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively to meet deliverables.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, who is results oriented with a willingness to commit to a direction and drive initiative to completion

  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills with an ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals, and communicate accordingly.
