An exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional to join our Schneider Electric sales team and lead the growth of our Digital Energy offers in new construction market.

We are looking for a creative, ambitious & passionate individual who can work within a sales team and create/develop their own opportunities & help secure new projects using our EcoStruxure Technology across UK & Ireland but specifically in the Midlands region.

The position would suit people who can demonstrate a value-based solutions sales approach, potentially have worked within the construction/engineering market in particular with consultants and contractors. Mission

Our Systems Sales Technician will be leading the charge to grow the installation footprint of the very latest Schneider technology using EcoStruxure.

  • Early identification of large & critical projects in targeted area.
  • Identify key client requirements and align Schneider Electric solutions to meet those objectives.
  • Work with all critical stakeholders including End-Users, consultants and M&E contractors
  • Develop opportunity within a winning team to deliver compliant & competitive bids and gain internal support.
  • Deliver an annual order intake with a mix of short and medium-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

You will report into the national new construction sales manager and will own a target for new solution projects with full accountability to:

Develop Opportunity Pipeline - Identify and qualify new BMS/Security opportunities in the region by building relationships with End-Users, Consultants and M&E contractors as well as integrating marketing intelligence.

Promote Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure platform in the regional market and to influence consultants and customer specifications. To attend industry events and develop network of relationships to promote SE BMS solutions.

Secure Opportunities - To take ownership of the entire opportunities cycle from identifying, through influencing and tendering, as well as negotiating & winnings
