We are looking to grow our Smart Infrastructure team with a highly motivated individual to manage our product base and thus help position Mott MacDonald as the leading authority on digital twin delivery in infrastructure.
From world leading 'nowcasting' technology to an industry wide digital benchmarking application, you will play a leading role in productising our offering. Our products are sold across Governments and industry-leading asset owners globally, helping to transform the way infrastructure performs.
Based in central London, with a remit to support the global business, the business is focused on helping our clients in 'realising the true value of information', to deliver better outcomes across the planning, delivery, and operation of their asset base.
The Smart Infrastructure team in Mott MacDonald is revolutionising the way our Clients consume engineering consultancy services. As the Digital Products Manager you'll help continue to make this a reality, bringing Consultancy as a Service (CaaS) to life through the application of product life-cycle management.
You will navigate the innovation process, leading internal teams, and external partners to create new products and services within the Smart Infrastructure ecosystem.
We're opening-up our digital twin Moata platform to a new realm of possibilities and transforming the way our Clients interact with our value-added services. You will do this through embracing an agile and lean start-up approach, developing minimum viable products and PoCs and testing assumptions relentlessly through a build-measure-learn cycle.
As the Digital Products Manager you are interested in the productisation of our offering, across the built environment, this means you will bring a product first approach to the modularisation of our technology and the development of our product roadmap which you will manage. You should be passionate about helping our clients unlock the vast potential of data within their asset base, allowing them to make better decisions, cheaper, and faster. You should also enjoy making things work together seamlessly and working with excellent partners to build unique custom products.
Working with the Head of Asset Performance Optimisation and our Strategic Marketing Lead you will help establish our approach to effective product management, including across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Customer Care and Partnering, etc. Our in-house core development team will provide the technical build and operational support to develop the products identified, whilst we also use several SMEs to support this process.
The role includes influencing product strategy and our technology roadmap, managing the development of scalable products and tools, developing the go-to-market strategy and content for each new product, helping to onboard new partners and Clients, oversight of the build-measure-learn process, and ongoing partner and Client management.
