Asan IM&T Practitioner, you will work independently and make a valuablecontribution to the team. You should have the ability to present findings andcontribute to the Strategy and Roadmaps that the IM team are responsible for.
Thisrole will provide you with the opportunity to development within the IMteam and wider architecture team.
Your main responsibilities as an IM&T Practitioner willinvolve:
Abilityto research and document technology and Information management good practise.Use this information to influence the Information Management Strategy and Roadmaps
To work with the Information Architects tomaintain the Business Information Model
Promote understanding through communicationand provision of advice and guidance on the application of informationmanagement
Customer Management – Develop and maintainrelationships with stakeholders to meet their requirements, including one toone liaison, setting expectations. Interacting effectively andconfidently with the Business Customers, IMST Management and Vendors
Development of People, Projects, Systems andInformation Architecture in line with business requirements
Demonstrate Problem Analysis/Problem Solvingmethodologies
Resource management - Contribute to thementoring, coaching, tasking and leading of teams where applicable.
Benchmark and review improved ways of workingwithin IMST
To know how to access, have a clearunderstanding of and apply the Quality and HS&E Management Systemdocumentation e.g. Process Instructions, Workmanship Standards, RiskAssessments etc. applicable to your particular work scope and to obey allHS&E rules, control measures and security policies
Your skills and qualifications:
Strongdata modelling skills and use of toolsets
BAEMaritime Submarines business knowledge or similar industry
Experienceof Data Analysis
Experienceof Business intelligence and data warehouse development
Experienceof Application Development
Strategy andpolicy development
