What you’ll be doing…

    • Manage customers social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
    • Develop relevant content topics to reach the customer's target customers.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
    • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Develop strategies, build a relationship with influencers & analyse data.
    • Develop new social products to take to market based on trends.
    • Train individuals & teams on the product set.

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep experience in crafting and executing a social media strategies
  • Expertise in reaching millennials via social media
  • Product-oriented and able to work closely with internal & external customers
  • Degree qualified in related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Creative; strategic as well as hands-on; detail-oriented, metric and result-driven; and entrepreneurial and proactive
  • Able to communicate ideas with clarity, inspiration and passion to a wide audience
  • Experience of using a CRM platform
