Performance Marketing Senior Manager


We are looking for a driven marketing professional to join our global meta team. This role offers the opportunity to have an immediate impact by managing our relationship with TripAdvisor and the performance of TripAdvisor campaigns. Tripadvisor is one of the most important channels to acquire customers and drive innovation in the travel industry.

You’ll manage one direct report and will be at the forefront of leading analysis, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to drive the business forward.

What you’ll do

  • Push the limits of thinking on how to operate performance-based marketing channels
  • Ensure traffic acquired from TripAdvisor meets the ROI goals of our global campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, gathering actionable insights from our various data sources to evaluate growth and find opportunity gaps
  • Lead work with several cross-departmental teams, including but not limited to Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Product, regional strategy teams and Expedia brand teams to collaborate on ideas, implement testing and evaluate results
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across internal and external teams to arrive at solutions quickly
  • Build and present reports on channel performance and lead communication with regional and global leaders on business expectations

Who you are

You’ll fit this role if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably with strong analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
  • Proven ability in a highly analytical commercial environment; E-commerce, travel, consumer, or retail experience, a plus
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions
  • Autonomy, self-motivation, hands-on attitude, attention to details characterize your style of action
  • You are excited and motivated by a dynamic environment
  • You are humble, able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers and external partners, and able to get cooperation in a non-authority relationship
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable delivering presentations to senior level executives
