As an experienced professional in Project Execution, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture – namely, how can technology help achieve business goals – as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, manage resources and budgets, and build and incentivize high-performing teams. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Once you and your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

You will be responsible for;

  • Working with CIB LOB’s and GTI End User Tech organization focusing on confirming LOB requirements, communicating product and rollout strategy, managing LOB demand allocation, setting priorities and migration targets managed through to deployment

  • Communicate strategy, timelines, provide LOB feedback to GTI and global team

  • Improve data reporting capabilities by partnering with LOB contacts and Finance/Business Management teams from CIB and GTI, to update and provide timely reports on billing, inventory and volumes.

  • Partner with Global Technology (GTI), CIB Real Estate, and Business Managers to prioritize desktop migrations and escalate for issue resolution as required

  • Manage pilots and next gen desktop deployments to the EMEA trading floors and other CIB front office LOB’s

  • Coordinate virtualization of required CIB applications with AD teams and end users

  • Work with LOB contacts to reduce cost where appropriate – for example, elimination of multiple desktops and missing desktops, and migrating users to lower cost products and services

  • Coordinate regional requirements with global demand and product strategy

  • Regular project status reporting including risk and issue management


  • Hands on experience with large datasets and ability to manipulate / convert data into actionable reports.
  • MS Excel (tables, pivots, vlookups, calculation formulas, etc.)

  • MS PowerPoint (tables, images, waterfalls, etc.)

  • Proven history of governing global technology solutions to meet aggressive and ambitious business agendas with the appropriate quality, timeliness, stability, risk mitigation, cost effectiveness and sustainability

  • Ability to gather customer/user requirements; simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences and prepare pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders

  • A mindset for risk and control compliance to departmental and company-wide standards of technology, financial control and budget management

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience with technology and project management office teams within global financial institutions
