Asset and Wealth Management Production and Infrastructure requires an Infrastructure Hygiene Specialist for coordination and execution of the Hygiene program and control efforts across its distributed computing towers (server, database, middleware, etc.)

  • This role will be responsible for liaising, partnering and influencing application development stakeholders in all efforts around driving down environmental hygiene gaps
  • The role will be responsible for patching and reboot planning and coordination efforts
  • Participation in review of hygiene metrics and processes and continuous improvement is required
  • A strong risk, compliance and control background is required for identifying and managing IT control gaps across AWM environments
  • Experience in the execution of global enterprise programs and strong program management skill is needed
  • Industry experience, with a breadth of knowledge across application development, application support and infrastructure support is required
  • Strong communication, written and verbal skills are required
  • The role will require periodic presentations to both senior and mid-level management across AWM technology

Occasional weekend work

Specific environmental exposures to be managed by this role:

  • OS Patching planning and coordination to comply with corporate requirements
  • Scheduling and managing recurring reboot events with hygiene compliance parameters
  • All other environmental hygiene efforts (Vulnerability remediation, CAF, IHI, DRA, Weekly reboot and patching reports, MEPC coordination and others)
  • Coordination, follow up and reporting of firm-wide identified risk items
