You will join a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical specialists, preparing studies, calculations and outline/detailed civil engineering designs; producing technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules; and carrying out site supervision duties. You will work in close partnership with clients and contractors, building strong relationships that will enhance the company's reputation and help secure further work.
We are seeking Senior Civil / Hydraulic Engineers specialising in dams and reservoirs who will represent the company in technical meetings, supervise the work of more junior staff, and provide technical and professional guidance to aid their development. This role will present you with a fantastic opportunity to further develop your technical and management skills through your project work, with great prospects for career progression as the business continues to grow.

You will be able to meet the following specification:
- Chartered / Incorporated civil engineer
- Professional experience of dams, reservoirs and hydraulic structures
- Understanding of designer's responsibilities under CDM
- Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience of managing clients and other project stakeholders

Efficient, innovative answers to the challenges of water storage and management - our engineers are designing smart and sustainable solutions to the design of new and manage existing stocks of dams and reservoirs both in the UK and internationally - do you have the skill and drive to help lead them in their mission?
