As our Group Assessment & Selection Manager, you'll help shape the strategic direction of how we assess and then deliver the enhanced or new assessment solutions we'll need as an organisation.
You'll also be responsible for all the current tests, tools and guidance we use to select candidates (both internally and externally) across the thousands of hires we make each year. In addition, you will also be expected to help build capability across our hiring manager community, ensuring they select the best talent in a consistent, confident and compliant manner.
What we'll need from you:
You should have an Assessment background; ideally with a qualification in Occupational Psychology. You should also have experience of working within one or more large, complex organisations.
Capable of leading on key change initiatives, coupled with a very sound understanding of the external assessment market, you'll have lots of ideas on how we can continuously improve, at pace, our assessment proposition.
Finally, as you'll work closely with key colleagues across the People function, our wider business and external partners, you'll be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship management skills.
