Champion the product vision and lead the Product team to define, craft and launch innovative new products and improvements. Providing strategic product leadership and commerciality to get ahead of the market. Manage a team of Product Managers, supporting their career development, and improving their impact through coaching and process improvements. Build collaborative relationships with the business, including engineering, marketing, sales, service and finance. Understand the challenges and opportunities being faced and provide solutions. Partner with sales and customer success to provide support to strategic customer accounts. Build extensive knowledge of our clients and their employees, becoming a specialist across all our business areas Analyse Customer and Product feedback and data, make decisions using data to define and optimise products. Lead Product Managers to build internal product updates and training to support our Sales and Client Success Teams.
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. Experience working on technology-powered SaaS products as either a product manager, product designer or engineer. Ability to determine solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using good judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your recommendations in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. Proven track record engaging with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. A results orientated , hands on and creative Leader and strategic problem solver. Experience of leading and developing a Product team within a fast paced and changing environment. Be data driven - we’re not looking for a data scientist, but will need to be comfortable in taking care of data and making sense of it.
