The Europe & UK (EUNA) Learning & Development team of 5 provide essential professional and personal development for the regions' employees, across all grades and Units. Within the team we manage high volumes of learners through complex programmes and courses from early careers professional through to our management development programme and supporting our project managers, whilst consistently responding to the development needs of the business.

With a growth in our online learning there is a need for an additional member of the team to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to support in administering our programmes, specifically our early careers programmes where graduates and apprentices attend online learning events throughout the year to develop in line with our internal strengths framework. The role will involve working with external suppliers to arrange course dates, uploading courses onto our LMS, handling day-to-day queries and providing additional administrative support to other programmes where required.

To be successful in this role we would like to hear from individuals who have worked in a busy administration role previously and is used to handling high volumes of data.

You will be confident liaising with individuals over the phone both internal and external and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment.
