Office Support Administrator

Our Cambridge office is the base for approximately 500 staff from a range of different backgrounds, who are supported by a dedicated facilities and administration team. We wish to hire a talented all round administrator to maintain the high service standards that our colleagues have come to rely on.

You will report directly to the Facilities Manager and will carry out tasks within the team to provide support across various areas including reception, office supplies, post room activities, facilities and health and safety all of which are detailed in the job description.

To be successful in this role we would like to hear from candidates who have worked in a similar role previously, providing all round general administration support to your teams.

It goes without saying that due to the nature of the role you'll need to have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
