The M365 Core Intelligence team is looking for an experienced PM who can deliver the next wave of intelligence in M365. Our team has a diverse set of folks with expertise in artificial intelligence, big data, and intelligent end-user experience. We delight in digging deeper to understand our customers and develop delightful user experiences that anticipate people's needs, help them prioritize, and get started faster. We build intelligence to support the customer needs for impactful communications, effective meetings, and focused work. We build coherent and consistent assistance throughout the M365 product suite, such as Focused Inbox, Suggested Replies, Text Predictions, and other features that millions of users rely on daily.

Responsibilities

The person in this role will work across all the M365 product space including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and others to define, develop, and ship intelligent features. Working with cutting edge AI capabilities in the Microsoft Graph and Azure, this PM will work on end-to-end scenarios, partner closely with platform and UX teams while driving the data science core to the feature, in particular, you'll help make meetings more effective by providing intelligent insight before, during, and after the meeting.

The person in this role will be responsible for being the users’ voice, understanding their needs, mapping that down to system requirements, and delivering a delightful user experience.

Qualifications

The best candidates will demonstrate the following skills:

* Experience with and a passion for artificial intelligence

* Strength and experience with data mining and analysis

* Strong understanding of customer needs and translating that into product capabilities

* Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change while continuously delivering an evolving product

* Desire to effectively negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations

* Strong verbal/written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills and qualifications:

Engineering PM experience (or equivalent)

BS/BA degree, MS preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles
