Description

ClearScore is searching for a Senior Performance and Capabilities Manager to come and play a pivotal role in the future success of our fast-growing company. Your role will be to define, plan and roll-out a world class program of capability-building activity that contributes to our organisational effectiveness and goal to scale our culture of Peak Performance.

Your work will play an important role in our success by create engaging, high quality, blended learning programmes to drive the next chapter of ClearScore’s growth story, across our offices in London, Cape Town and Sydney. Current programs include ClearScore University, Skills Workshops, Manager training, Personal Development Planning and Squad effectiveness. Planned initiatives include Core Capabilities Academies, Internal Mobility, Emerging Talent.


Responsibilities

  • Develop thoughtful and inspiring learning experiences to build the capabilities ClearScore is build as a competitive advantage - focussed on: design approach, analytical foundations and tech enablement
  • Own the pathway programs that accelerate organisational effectiveness and inspire personal development
  • Partner with internal domain experts to design learning packages and devise engaging content and formats that will cultivate and disseminate knowledge
  • Curate additional materials and seek out 3rd party expertise or technology platforms to support the rollout and ongoing management of initiatives
  • Develop and deliver communications and engagement activity to support the launch of new learning plans
  • Set clear success metrics and measure, iterate on outcomes

Requirements

  • A background working with tech led organisations working on programs that have unlocked teams’ potential
  • Ideal person will have had exposure to innovative up to date, hybrid. globally distributed training practices and demonstrate fresh thinking
  • Dependable project management skills - potentially gained through a strong business/ operations background
  • An agile and coaching background that has been applied to organisation wide capability and performance would also be relevant for this role
  • As a structured thinker with creative flair you will have developed an ability to take complex subject matter and deliver it in an accessible learning format to a range of audiences
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate internal experts to be the champions of delivery
  • Entrepreneurial drive and energy to start up new programs and manage end to end ownership
