Brief Description
This role sits in Route Services, a business area that has been created to supply services to the routes in the safest, most cost-efficient and effective way, enabling them to benefit from economies of scale and optimised national resources.
Using agreed planning processes, systems and databases, undertake the development of detailed, fully resourced and optimised training delivery plans for the Workforce Development Centres or Central Functions.
This role can be based in either Swindon or Bristol.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities:
1.Liaison with external providers to confirm planning and procurement arrangements in line with delivery business plan.
2.Responsible for managing records of expenditure on external suppliers and Purchase Order process is followed and records are complete.
3.Provide liaison with central training administration team to provide seamless planning, booking and administration service to customers.
4.Support the production of data for customer reports.
5.Support the Business Analystin the development of the training delivery plan, including regular measurement of adherence to plan.
6.Provide proactive input into the development of enhanced service to customers to the Training Supplier Manager to manage relationship with centralised administration team in HR Shared Services.
