About Analytics Solutions:
Analytics Solutions delivers to Asset Managers and Asset Owners portfolio, instrument and trading analytics across the investment lifecycle, providing seamless access to best-in-class products from J.P. Morgan and trusted partners, integrated end-to-end.
The Client Service Representative will provide day to day support to Institutional Investment Managers using the Analytics Products and Solutions.The CSR has the overall accountability for ensuring the client’s global service requirements are achieved as such act as the primary contact and advisor for clients on all service-related matters.The CSR will be required to understand and interpret data provided in performance, risk and analytical reporting.The CSR will need to understand the client’s portfolio(s). The CSR will need to be well versed in J.P. Morgan proprietary products along with 3rd Party Products offered via the platform.The CSR will understand what urgency means to your client and take pride in being customer service driven.The CSR will be required to build strong relationships with the Analytics Solutions Product and Technology Teams, the AMP team and the broader Securities Services organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
§Represent Asset Manager Platform capabilities including but not limited to Analytics Solutions to current clients
§Actively monitor service delivery for the application to clients
§Client escalation point and responsible for resolution of all inquiries (Functional, Quantitative and Data) regardless of where generated
§Coordinate activities with partner teams, including but not limited to J.P. Morgan or 3rd party partners to manage client queries
§Identify and promote service improvement, efficiencies and opportunities, internally and externally (i.e. tools and trends)
§Coordinate and strategically structure client communications including but not limited to service and account reviews
§Drive change management requests
§Partner with Product team to help automate/streamline processes which enhance client experience and build scalability into the business
§BA/BS in business finance or math, MBA/CFA preferred
§Able to demonstrate experience / performance and/or risk analytics experience at an Asset Management firm, Hedge Fund, Analytics service provider or other financial market organization covering clients
§Experience working with technology change organizations
§Understanding of financial markets, asset classes and instruments, trading and operations
§Familiarity with performance attribution, risk and scenario analysis
§Understanding of portfolio management process, bond maths and fixed income/equity analytics
§Motivated self-starter who will need to take initiative and operate with a degree of autonomy
§Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients
§Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills based upon fact and business/industry knowledge
§Strong organizational, project management skills with an ability to multitask and work under pressure
§Strong attention to detail aptitude
§Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
