About the role

The LV= GI Sales & Marketing team are currently expanding and it’s an exciting time to join the business. We’re currently seeking an experienced Customer Communications Executive to join our vibrant and successful team. It is a varied role where you will be responsible for delivering market-leading, integrated, omni-channel customer communications across in-life and transactional documentation. You’ll also play a vital part in improving the customer engagement and loyalty.

About you

So, who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a true Communications passionate – someone who understands the challenges of operating in a highly regulated environment and translating the technical insurance content into customer friendly tone of voice.

When it comes to your background, we’re happy to consider both agency and in- house so it’s the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to take your experience in – house! Insurance or finance industry experience is not essential; however, we’ll be looking for you to demonstrate your understanding of stakeholder dependencies within the business and excellent business partnering skills so that you can become a trusted expert for our key stakeholders.

In terms of your technical expertise, we’re ideally seeking someone with previous exposure to Salesforce and good understanding of SEO and marketing segmentation. You’ll be delivering the implementation of customer communications across all GI products and over time have a clear understanding of the LV= brand personality and service focus, to bring this to life through customer communications.
