We are recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Advisor for our International Development Services unit. This is a generalist HR role which will provide best practice and pragmatic generalist HR advice in all areas of ER, advising and coaching managers, and implementing HR strategy. In addition, you will support the delivery of the Unit people strategy in areas such as engagement, EDI, reward and recognition and talent.
For this role you will need strong stakeholder management and influencing skills along with previous experience of working in a complex matrix and multi legislative environment. Professionally qualified with CIPD or equivalent, you will have excellent analytical and organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellence.
