Passionate about software engineering and cloud technologies? Yes, so are we!

We're looking for a talented Platform Engineer to join us and help us to deliver our technology platform strategy as we continually evolve our approach to transform and empower our engineering culture. We're aiming to provide greater speed, scale, quality and autonomy to our engineering teams and we are architecting and delivering this through a combination of poly-cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, devops principles, micro-services, API development, SaaS adoption, and use of emerging cloud technologies.
We're looking for forward thinking engineers who have a background in software architecture or application development to help us continually improve and develop our platform services.

They say variety is the spice of life - well you'll be building cloud infrastructure, developing platform services, and managing SaaS platforms.

Providing technical advice and expertise to our Engineering teams and helping them to focus on innovation, as well as promoting the adoption and re-use of the Iress technology platform is a big part of this role too. You'll need to be a good communicator and someone who is driven by client and user feedback, consistently striving for ways to improve and automate processes and be enthusiastic about learning new technologies and approaches.

In terms of technology, the list below will give you an idea of what we do and what we need from you;
