Information Architect

Information Architect: As an experienced and passionate information architect, your mission is to drive our GetFit Product data strategy across a wide ranging group of stakeholders and technology partners. You will define and document the key data models that underpin the core product – and ensure those models adhere to firm wide standards. These models will be understood and consumed by application owners designers and engineers.

The Technology Modernization program Engineering Practices program whilst creating solutions that improve our quality, speed, resiliency and scalability of our technology stack. Your deep knowledge of data modeling, lineage, and data practices will help your Product team drive best in class data provisioning across the GetFit Platform.

You will have a deep passion for software engineering practices and a product orientated mindset. Reporting to the product manager - you will be an integral part of the Product team – collaborating and influencing across all engineering groups across the stack whilst liaising with the central Data technology groups in CTO and the wider Global technology groups.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Expertise data modelling, architectures, governance and controls.

• Expertise in Agile

and DevOps cultures.

• A broad understanding of modern data model tooling.

• A deep understanding of industry software development practices

and toolsets

• Ability to work collaboratively

in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals across the GT family.

• Program management:

Overall communication and reporting on key data issues.

• Coaching:

Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to development teams on the effective leverage of data modelling and information architecture.

Review implementations for conformance to data design
