Your role as a Procurement Supervisor is a pivotal role in optimizing local procurement of our products and services.

Your 'day to day'

As a Procurement Supervisor, your focus in this role is to collaborate closely with local management teams to understand their current and anticipated demand or needs. You will look at deploying local sourcing strategies, optimizing the local supplier base and managing local and cluster suppliers.

This role will focus on partnering with internal and external stakeholders' whilst crafting and maintaining relationships. Increasing stakeholder engagement by understanding their needs and giving advice on adding value to objectives. The exciting part of this role is that it will give you huge exposure and allow you to contribute on cross-functional projects to increase spend effectiveness or generate process improvements.

You will analyse the industry and increase your know-how on markets by conducting supplier research and provide recommendations from market analysis & benchmarks to internal partners.

This role requires you to have a good level of experience in supplier relationship and negotiation management. Building solid and meaningful relationships with a purpose, is key and would be suited to someone who can take that ownership.

Who we're looking for

If you are from an FMCG background with an understanding in CPG & indirect categories with previous stakeholder management experience & have good commercial acumen or you are a specialist in a category such as Digital or Marketing then we would love to hear from you!
