Team Profile

The Credit Products Delivery team is the execution partner for GCB and CB managed clients, providing expertise support in the negotiation of legal documentation and end-to-end transaction management to deliver timely client focused service for Loan and Traditional Trade Finance products. The Credit Products Delivery team partners closely with J.P.Morgan's Coverage teams, Credit, external and in-house legal counsel, syndicate banks and facility agents.

Prime Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class documentation negotiation management and transaction execution of credit facilities and ancillary documentation. Maintain oversight of the deal closing process
  • Support front office in the review and negotiation of legal documentation across core corporate lending categories, with a focus on biliateral and syndicated working capital facilities and traditional trade finance facilities for EMEA clients, sound knowledge of both LMA and market standards is essential
  • Liasing with internal/external counsel to provide transaction documentation
  • Draw on legal expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers, Sales, Credit, Compliance, Tax, etc) as necessary, ensuring they are brougth into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution
  • Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations


  • A dedicated team player with solid coaching skills
  • A sound understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products and banking processes
  • Strong understanding of lending products and agreements e.g. Loan (in particular LMA) and Traditional Trade Finance products
  • Solid decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution
  • Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset
  • Good organization and prioritisation skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage relationships, both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to interact confidently with senior deal team members within the front office
