As an Administrator within our HR Shared Service team you will work as part of a team in providing the very best administrative support to the business.

The team work closely with the wider HR team, Line Managers and Employees across the business and cover multiple disciplines from New starters, Leavers, Lifecycle and Payroll as well as other ongoing support with projects and ad-hoc requests.

This role is to provide administrative support with tasks such as data entry as well as data cleansing. It is imperative that HR hold the most relevant and up to date information for its employees and all data held must meet GDPR requirements. It is a demanding role, driven by process and requires the ability to self-motivate through repetitive tasks, meet SLAs, adapting to change and attention to detail.

Role and responsibilities:
Case Management through the Mott MacDonald MyHR system. Cases will include requests such as: reference requests, probation etc
To gain knowledge and understanding of the processes within the HRSS team
To answer calls into the HRSS team in a timely manner. To become familiar with the request that come through to the HRSS inbox and gain an understanding of how to process.
Data entry, data cleansing and processing through the HR system, spreadsheets and SharePoint
Provide support when requested for other ad-hoc tasks/project.

Required skills and experience:

Strong administration background
Customer Experience
Working in a process driven environment
Working Experience of Microsoft packages: teams, excel, word etc
