This role will see you develop active relationships with corporate and utility buyers, as well as PPA advisors. As such, you will manage internal stakeholder engagement, including risk, finance, compliance and legal, and ensuring fulfillment of their requirements on each transaction. Through creating and aligning PPA best practices with GIG and Macquarie offices globally, you will be working closely with project finance banks and investors, as well as GIG’s debt and private capital markets teams, to ensure that GIG’s PPAs meet the highest standards of quality. • Experience from structuring/pricing European and Asian commodity options is preferred
  • Experience from physical energy markets (scheduling/dispatching) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language is preferred

There is a preference for this role to be London-based, but with a degree of flexibility for candidates being based in other European locations. There is some travel expected in the future, particularly if you’re based outside of London. Please apply immediately if this sounds like the right direction for your career.
