We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to help us through a busy period.

You will work as part of the team focusing on all administration elements of the employee lifecycle. We are growing and hiring a number of new employees which means you will create offer letters and contracts of employment, hire new employees on our HR System, People Soft, and ensure all processes are followed to effectively onboard a new employee.

There are many administration process run by HR Shared Services to support our employees through their time at PA and you will be responsible for administrating these process from start to finish which include family leave related policies, sickness absence, sabbaticals, promotions, right to work requirements, leavers and changes to terms and conditions of employment to name a few.

What we're looking for

Each process needs collaboration and good communication with our stakeholders which include our Payroll, Tax, Security Vetting, IT, Recruitment and Learning and Development teams. You will also work closely with the HR Business Partner and Advisor team in the UK as well as liaising with key contacts within the business.

  • You will be flexible in your approach to work with the ability to react quickly to urgent queries or processes which require attention
  • You are happy working in a busy environment where you are involved in many different administration processes throughout the day
  • You are a friendly and approachable individual who is happy working individually and as part of a team
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work to our KPI’s
  • You will have good written and verbal communication skills to ensure key employment terms are clear and concise
  • You will ideally have a background in administration and a keen desire to work within the HR function along with competent Microsoft Office Skills
