We have an exciting new opportunity for a Learning Manager to support the Macquarie Asset Management Group with their training requirements. You will be working with senior business leaders to understand specific training needs and to design impactful training solutions, with a focus on virtual learning for a global audience across a range of strategic and commercial subject matter areas.
You will be charged with the project management and delivery of learning solutions that cover areas including asset management frameworks, risk and culture with a particular focus on workplace health and safety. You will work with our business leaders, who are subject matter experts, to extract key learning objectives for a variety of programmes. You will partner with HR, e-learning design specialists, desktop publishing and videographers to deliver learning solutions, whilst also providing advice and guidance on learning and development approaches to the business to deliver desired outcomes.
Your solid experience in designing learning solutions for the financial services industry, including e-learning / virtual learning will see you flourish in this role. Ideally you will have an understanding of the asset management industry and the associated commercial priorities. You will have a demonstrable track record of driving cultural change in a fast paced, complex organisation, and your exemplary communication and influencing skills will ensure you gain credibility with senior stakeholders quickly.
