UK&I Sales Operations Manager - 12 month FTC

This role will be reporting to the Operations leader.

The UKI Territory Sales Operations Specialist has 3 major roles to play in the
UKI Operations team;

- BMS (Business Management System) Support to the supported Business Unit
- Demand planning
- Order Management Support to the Sales Team
- Incentive & Commission point of contact for Sales Quota deployment &
acceptance

Driving the Weekly BMS
- Ensure input is received on time by the Country/BM Teams
- Ensure the input is consolidated on time for the Country Review
- Set up of the weekly agenda for the Country reviews
- Review and consolidate inputs for the country decks
- Participate in the country reviews along with the Business Unit Sales
Director

Demand Planning
- Consolidation of the demand plan using input from the sales managers.
- Making sure the demand meets supply and take actions if there is a
disconnect.
- Running all Last Time Buys process making sure not to over or under plan
using inputs from the sales org.

Order Management Escalations
- Work closely with Customer Fulfilment, Order Managers, Customer Advocate
Teams
- Monitor the Backlog on Aged IOI
- Escalate owners of resolution to accelerate order processing
- Escalate Critical Orders with Customer Fulfilment Team

Sales Quota Deployment
- Work closely with the Incentive & Commissions team on system & process
issues
- Assist I&C in providing eligible employee list & Sales Plan Design Types
assigned
- Work closely with the Sales Team to review the Target Letters
- Daily monitoring from quote deployment to final acceptance by individual
rep
- Assist Sales Manager in Quota deployment vs. Sales Plan Definition

You will report to the UKI Sales Operations Director supporting customers in
our Channel Sales organisation.

Position Requirements:

- 3-5 Years Sales and / or Operational experience in a fast paced
environment, preferably IT
- A self starting individual keen to support driving the business
- A good understanding of financials, the P&L , reporting systems, sales
tools and sales plans
- High competency in Excel and comfortable with multiple data sources and
analysis of data
- Good Communication skills with the ability to challenge peers and
management when required in the best interests of the overall business
- Good relationship skills – with BU Sales Directors, Sales Teams, Data
Analysts and colleagues in the UK&I Ops Team
- A positive and can do attitude
