We're recruiting an experienced and forward-looking Cloud Enterprise Architect who can combine deep technical thought leadership with strong leadership skills to drive strategy and adoption of a variety of cloud based solutions. Experience of delivering enterprise scale solutions on both private and public clouds is expected together with the ability to keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date as the industry continues to transform at a rapid pace. The role is not a hands-one role, but you need to be able to communicate and work closely with our engineering and operations teams as well as our executives to ensure your strategy and architecture delivers the outcomes we're seeking.
This role is not just about technical skills, the ability to command the respect of and provide leadership to stakeholders from across the organisation is absolutely critical. We expect you to be able to view challenges from many different perspectives and create and drive strategies and solutions that are not only technically sound, but also include regulatory, commercial and organisational aspects when appropriate. We're looking for experienced enterprise architects who produce their own deliverables and can lead and mentor others without direct authority.

Must have expertise & experience:
- Proven background as an Enterprise Architect
- Solid understanding of Cloud deployment models, strategies and supporting technologies e.g. Multi-cloud, hybrid-cloud etc.
- Cloud Service Provider technologies e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS.
- Cloud based workloads, at web-scale.
- Cloud Native principles and supporting technologies e.g. Microservices, DevOps, Containers & CI/CD
- Large-scale workload migrations, from traditional hosting environments to Public Cloud
- Public Cloud security tools & technologies
- Open Source Software, principles & culture

***The base salary banding for this role is £76,000 - £120,000 in London and £65,000 - £105,000 outside of London, plus the above listed benefits.***
