The Role
The successful candidate will be involved as a key executor within the IMOS testing team. The role includes involvement in all phases of project life cycle, with primary responsibility of delivery of testing and will evolve over time. The team will be responsible for all elements of test execution and coordination across the IMOS program feeding into key stakeholders (Product, Technology and Operations).
Key responsibilities
- Own creation of end to end test plans
- Define acceptance and exit criteria for testing phases
- Conduct assessment of requirements for completeness, coverage, correctness and testability (back to front)
- Develop executable test cases in relation to requirements
- Execution of test cases per deliverables
- Conduct lessons learned analysis and execution of action plan
- Participation in Defect Management process
- Assess and highlight key blockers to plan, issues, risks, workarounds and plan mitigation
- Produce status reports and management reports
- Liaise with key stakeholders and partner with technology, product and operations
Skills
Essential:
- User Acceptance Testing experience
- Strong background in Securities Services business areas (IMOS experience would be of benefit but not essential)
- Project management and lifecycle experience
- Clear, effective communication skills
Preferred:
- Book of work management against capacity. Investment Initiative planning
- Environment management and capacity planning (user view)
- Ability to engage and partner with lines of businesses, tech, product and vendors
