This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Desirable skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with SecDB / Athena / Quartz platform.
  • Derivatives, FX Business knowledge

Candidate will be expected to:

  • Participate in the design phase and interact with various team other technology team and stakeholder.
  • Build and maintain existing platforms using state of the art proprietary technology from JPMorgan Chase.
  • Write documentation.
  • Train and on-board our production management team.
  • Provide first level support to front office and second level support in some cases.
