We are currently looking for a Head of Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Strategy, Governance & PMO, based in our Global Studio in London, UK.

You will:
  • Manage external innovation-led strategic insights to drive measurable P&C impact for the Global Head of ITM and ITM Customers
  • Drive seamless integration across Talent Innovation, Talent & Performance Management (T&PM), Executive TA & Assessment, Executive Development, Learning Innovation and Talent & Workforce Planning
  • Drive governance, PMO, prioritisation, and innovation for the ITM CoE
  • Drive the innovation/digitisation roadmap for ITM CoE
  • Use insights to address capability gaps in order to inform on talent management activities and the sourcing of external talent
  • Work closely with peers in the Talent Channels & Innovation team to inform talent programs and initiatives and help identify where focus particularly needs to be applied to support talent and improve diversity across PMI
  • Interpret employer branding, determining where PMI should be positioned for attracting talent and how PMI compares in the market vs. the competition
  • Feed and champion relevant information to other P&C parties for their interpretation and inclusion in plans/activities
  • Ensure data required to inform the PMI talent management strategy and framework is collected, analysed and utilised, to build insight into all relevant work, including understanding future talent requirements and capabilities

Who we’re looking for:
  • Strong experience in strategy design, workshop facilitation and business planning
  • Deep experience in project, portfolio or Project Management Office deployment
  • Experience in Talent Consulting desirable
  • Experience of designing governance frameworks, process design/mapping
  • Excellent transformation, change management and business consulting skills
  • Experience working in a social media/ /content writing and/or internal communications role
  • Strong track record of executing and delivering awareness and engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, collaboration and teamworking skills
  • Ability to be both strategic and practical
  • Analytical and able to interpret data and gain insights
  • Strong influencing skills with colleagues at all levels to support strategies
