The role and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Pro-active role partnering with key stakeholders to develop a Client facing operating model for a scalable Industry leading solution
  • A positive demeanour to manage key stakeholder relationships and deliver an excellent Client experience
  • Partner with Clients and the Business to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Partner with the Change & Technology teams to ensure delivery of key tools to support the overall solution
  • Implement key Governance and related controls to ensure timely escalation, prioritization and risk/issue management
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the account opening and maintenance process for CIB
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Business Experience:

  • Previous experience of Client facing relationships
  • Demonstrable Program Management skills and expertise
  • Previous experience of large scale change projects
  • Demonstrable governance & controls experience
  • Knowledge of Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Agency Collateral, Derivatives, FX, Securities Lending an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft office skills

  • Organisational awareness; ability to coordinate and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to effectively interface with Clients and partners including; facilitation, presentation and production of documentation appropriate to an audience
  • Ability to shift perspective from high level concepts to low level detail for delivery

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to analyse with appropriate questioning
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
