Brief Description
To manage the effective development, delivery and co- ordination of the routes stations transformation programme of change projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements. Working with the Route Stations Director, customers and stakeholders to deliver the stations transformation vision.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities
1.Lead and direct the successful delivery of the stations transformation programme, working with the stations teams and key sponsors.
2.Manage the development and delivery of the routes stations transformation programme vision and maintain alignment to the routes vision and direction.
3.Identify and manage the key strategic risks facing the programme and develop and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
4.Manage the production, progress and delivery of all project plans for the stations transformation programme. Lead on all communications with route executives and Train Operating Companies.
5.Act as project sponsor when required.
6.Manage the delivery of regular articulate progress reports on the relevant stations transformation programme, including risks and issues, to the Route Stations Director, relevant sponsors, customers and stakeholders.
7.Manage project budgets within agreed targets and identify appropriate funding as required.
8.Lead the development and implementation of the stations organisation blueprint in collaboration with the TOCs and relevant stakeholders.
9.Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.
10.Proactively share learning within the route, central stations team and other route stakeholders.
11.Lead and develop the relationship with both internal and external stakeholders and deliver effective interfaces and communications to all stakeholders.
