Salary: £33,000 per annum to £49,360 per annum

About the role:

The west region is looking for a self-motivated & driven individual to take up the exciting and very challenging role of Station Manager at Blackburn.

This role will give the suitable candidate the opportunity to be involved with the exciting times ahead within this major city-centre location. An innovative mind is key to being successful in this exciting role and you will be responsible for developing the station team to embed a customer service culture based on operational excellence with a commercial focus. You will be interfacing with other departments and third parties in order to ensure the consistent delivery of a key element of the customer experience whilst developing this location into a flagship location.

  • Development
and implementation of processes and action plans based on trend analysis
  • Drive
improvements to the customer experience and delivery of the service at stations including safety and security, cleanliness, accessibility, information & communication
  • Manage
internal and external relationships in order to meet key performance indicators
  • Meet
revenue and cost targets whilst identifying opportunities to further increase revenue and reduce costs
