Your role as Supply Chain Executive is pivotal in helping us build an even better experience for our consumers. Working with a diverse range of people, departments and functions you'll focus on the E-commerce activities within the Supply Chain function, in respect of stock management and carrier management.

Your ‘day to day’

Your focus in this role will be around supplier relationship management, operations & last mile management. Working closely with the Logistic Service Providers to understand the stages of logistics and identify efficiencies for the E-commerce team.

Supporting the operation of E-commerce, managing stock availability to confirm system alignment. You will be responsible for investigating discrepancies and identify root causes, agree action plans and fixes to avoid recurrences.

You'll ensure that there are clear roles and responsibilities across ecommerce, and build strong, collaborative relationships with our Logistics Service Providers to deliver efficiencies. You'll help resolve issues, overcome challenges and lead operations calls as required.

You'll act as a key contact for local stakeholders as well as managing expectations and supporting the customer care ecommerce team - resolving customer issues will also be a significant part of your role.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with great knowledge of logistics and distribution systems, and someone who can work cross functionally in an effective and collaborative manner.

You'll bring a confidence in using various IT systems, including SAP, and enjoy simplifying complex systems or issues. Your strong analytical skills and ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly to a broad audience will be used well in this role.
E-Commerce experience in a similar role would be hugely beneficial.
