As an Account Director you will be responsible across EMEA for the Top 3
International distributors with circa $4bn annual revenues, leading and
driving the sales and business engagement for PCSD to maximise growth and
performance, working across virtual teams to deliver sustainable success.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activity and channel development in each Distributor through all
    the markets.
  • Ensure Lenovo is positioned and prioritised as a strategic vendor, grow in-
    house share and achieve #1 PC vendor in all product categories (NB, DT, WS,
    Display).
  • Provide leadership of the distribution strategy for our broadline PC
    business and incubator businesses (OEM, Smart Collaboration)
  • Develop, operate and execute multi year business development plan for EMEA
    channel and BUs, Executive team and aligned to the local markets
  • Contribute to RTM strategy for our focus businesses incl. Services,
    Displays, WS, DaaS
  • Executive engagement and alignment of priorities through regular EBR’s and
    Lenovo channel forums.
  • EMEA Functional leader of the distribution sales team
  • Setup and host community calls to foster strong teamwork and best practice
    sharing between markets.

Organization
You will report to the Executive Director, EMEA Channel Strategy supporting
customers across EMEA. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning
calls and meetings.
This role can be considered as fully remote role within UK geography.

  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Good experience & knowledge of target Distributors
  • Gravitas and Credibility at CXO level
  • Effective in working in Virtual teams across Geographies and Continents
