For our Design and Content team in London we are therefore looking for Content Development Manager.
You will manage the development and execution of exceptional, informative and appealing content to attract our targeted audience and build customer loyalty. You will work on original content and oversee content development and strategy consistently with the IQOS Brand. The marketing avenues utilized will include the website, social media, video, media relations, written stories as well as other areas. You will set our quality standards for the development of content, working with the creative community to develop and design the content based on the company’s omnichannel approach of the consumer group.
You will be reporting to the Head of Content Development.

You will:
  • Manage the content development for the Brand voice and tone, define and refine the brand voice based on brand strategy, positioning and attributes; and work on tools and guidelines to support consistent brand voice
  • Develop our content strategy that is in line with your vision and relevant for the defined audience.
  • Analyse data related to the content strategy and offer continuous improvements.
  • Make sure the Legal and Corporate Affairs departments can perform a proper risk assessment if needed and you will follow-up in order to ensure the approvals.
  • Partner with Legal and comms team to manage and support the requests for third-party endorsements
  • Be working with external agencies, and local creative agencies, with the aim to create and provide proper and clear briefings, to develop / localize the communication materials for online and offline channels
  • Sets quality-, cost efficacy- and creative standards for the development, production and commissioning of content in the market
  • Continuously assess and monitor brand and product communications effectiveness to optimize awareness, acquisition, retention and NPS.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong track record of content development and solid experience in marketing
  • Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions, etc.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology and marketing trends, and desire to continually expand that knowledge
  • Native in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Strong collaborator and team player
  • Ability to think in a creative and imaginative way on long- and short-term timelines, and in individual and group settings.
  • Ability to excel and deliver high-quality, unique content in high-pressure situations
  • Analytical and critical mindset
  • Proactive and creative person
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • University Degree in Journalism, Marketing Communication, Advertising or any other relevant degree
