As a Smart Office Technology Specialist for Lenovo, you will be responsible
for owning the Workplace Transformation technological aspects for EMEA, in
direct relationship with our teams in North America, Japan and China.
As a part of your responsibilities you will:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to Lenovo sales, local technical teams
- Cover all aspects of technical support required to prepare a proposal
answering RFP/RFI's
- Provide advice and guidance on the solution and technical aspects of the
and recommend when the customer should engage solutions assurance and provide
advice on risk assessment on the bid.
- Present face to face to clients on Workplace Transformation Technical
- Have responsibility for guidance, recommendation and partnership management
services, in order to offer a complete solution to Lenovo’s customers.
You will report to the EMEA Head of Smart Collaboration. The position will
require travel, estimated at 30%.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a pre-sales technical support or technical
- Proficient in being able to sell the value of Workplace Transformation &
- Knowledge of collaboration tools available in the market, hardware and
- Understanding of Competition, e.g. Logitech, Polycom, Crestron, Google, HP,
- Knowledge of the back-end requirements and installation steps needed for an
- Fluency in English
